I See

I see what's before me. I saw what was behind me. I see what's beside me. Yet, I see you so clearly. My eyes can't seem to not look away. The question was simple and so was the answer, yet, it spoke volumes. I feel a need to find my blinders so as not to get distracted. I must keep my sight focus, unwavering. I see you watching me...wondering will she lose sight of what has captured her? To see is to believe and to believe is to trust. I see a many of things but I must keep moving forward. Not everything I saw before was real and if a double take I must make then let be so. I see...I see...I understand what is coming into focus. The light has made it even easier to see the beauty that is before me. I see, do you see what I see? Shall we sit and discuss it over coffee? Out in the open so all can see?
